Clear rules for acquiring and using your access ticket.
Ticket-for-time model
VETRA sells access tickets for a predetermined period (6, 12, or 18 months, or as specified in the offer). Payment is one-time and full. We do not use automatic renewal or silent recurring charges at the end of the period.
Activation and duration schedule
The countdown of your contracted period begins on the effective date of credential or invite activation, not at the time of payment. Dates shown in the catalogue before activation are purely calendar references.
Cancellations and refunds
Orders not yet activated may be cancelled directly upon request via the order page. Refunds are processed with the payment provider (Stripe or Asaas). Access that has already been activated and delivered is reviewed case by case by the operations team.
Supplier independence
VETRA is an independent store. Commercial trademarks such as Google, Gemini, Figma, Notion, Linear, Cursor, Replit, Supabase and others belong to their respective owners and are mentioned solely to identify the services.
